Easy to use, but not a guarantee Sometimes a fax have to be submitted numerous times before going through, and oftentimes, the faxes are not received
Despite complicated configuration we had, they provided the right solution for our needs. Phone service (quality) worked from day 1 with no issues. We are still working our way through reporting, but they have been working to provide reports we need.

Ease of use, more than worth the price, and fantastic support. RingCentral is easy to use, easy to install, intuitive and a very compact program/service.
on-site implementation worth the money; solid product and deployment RingCentral has a solid product and deployment. Their network testing was very through. We paid for the full on-site implementation and I would definitely recommend it. The setup prior to go-live was handled through them. We had some internal networking issues during implementation, but they were not RingCentral's fault. Everyone was very helpful and we worked out any implementation kinks fairly quickly.
HIPAA compliant virtual fax A+ We needed a HIPAA compliant fax that could be accessed from various locations. this definitely fits the bill.
Overall Implementation was amazingly simple and they continue to improve the product Overall the experience with RingCentral has been positive. Our account representative has always been available and their tech support team has been excellent. Ring Central has made communication internally and externally much easier. The service is usually good but at times we have had some conferencing issues and call quality issues but that is understandable with a VoIP system going over the internet. Everyone having their own personal audio conference line and the ability to do screen sharing without fighting over a limited number of GoTo Meeting seats is great. There is a big learning curve for some reason with ur users but I put that on them. It is very easy to use.
