OK, but little attention to the team Communication between departments is not always the best. Sometimes the project are being torn by competing agendas of different people. Also nobody is really bothered in team motivation and general atmosphere.

Reliable but lacks a good user experience The phone works reliably and hasn't failed me yet. Overall, it's a little bit frustrating. For example, the phone icon is the very last icon in the whole softphone app - why wouldn't it be the first icon? Sometimes voicemails and texts are hard to delete because it requires so many clicks. Also, they block your phone icon unless you acknowledge that you can't place a 911 call - every single time. I also have to update it once or twice a month but I've never seen a new feature on ther... read more

User friendly until calls are dropped or calls need to be forwarded It's nice not having physical phones at our desks and having the ability to answer calls from our computers or cell phones. In regards to using Ring Central as a reception phone, we have had trouble with forwarding incoming calls, from our 800 number, to the receptionist's cell phone, which is needed to for their mobility around the office. So the choices are: Stay glued to the computer or Miss phone calls. Our IT dept has had to contact Ring Central many ti... read more

Needs some work! The call quality is very poor. I oftentimes cannot hear the caller on the other end, have a lot of echoing of my own voice, and I lose calls. I also didn't find the setup user friendly.

Did the job until it didn't. Ringcentral is slow, the mobile app is horrendous, and it is faulty and unreliable. There is a huge issue with voice lag, which frustrates agents and customers alike, and results in awkward interruptions and broken conversations. Service call rates are absurd.

Great for small teams, but cumbersome at scale and when configuration is necessary Ring Central was fine as a small team of about 6-10 people. However, as we doubled in size, Ring Central became difficult and annoying to use. There are several bugs that constantly need troubleshooting. Configuring phone trees to ring other team members' phones when they miss a call seems easy, but in actuality calls would not be re-routed correctly or ring to all phones in the company at once.
