Pros and Cons of Ring Central Office not being able to see licensing and templates needs to be added to the system. New inventory implementation was done poorly with no communication.
Product is okay, recommended for voice calling and not for video and screen sharing. We use this application for our UK based client calling and conferences. As per my experience, i can say its okay for audio calling, but doesn't prefer to use for video calling or conferences. It has a big lag in video while having video calling and also i dont recommend this for screen sharing as well. Works for callings, not worth for video conferences as it has low resolution of video. We have used this application for 2 years and recently moved to Cisco product as most of our clients prefer that app. As per my past experience this RingCentral is good, but we have number of standards tool compared to this. Great features, but not very stable Excellent features which are relatively easy to integrate Admin interface is clean and understandable However features and service is not stable. Migration to new phone applications necessary for our remote users is slow and lacks critical features necessary to prevent poor phone quality and dropped calls. Very little sales support after initial inception. User's are forced into technical support channel which lacks proper consistency and support for admins

Great Solution but Professional Services and Support need Improvement Our organization migrated over 900 users from seven countries to RingCentral. We have a small support team, so we paid for RingCentral Professional Services and Project Management to help roll-out the solution globally and assist in number porting. Their technology is good but this vendor cannot install, service, or invoice it. Beware. Vendor admittedly ignores contract provisions and stonewalls attempts to revert their incorrect invoicing to be compliant with the terms of the contract. Vendor cannot produce a clean invoice and despite continual meetings and assurances, after a year the invoices are still incorrect.
