run away as fast as possible from Ring Central run away as fast as you can. call quality is poor, calls don't come through that they can't explain, and poor customer and tech support. We lost a lot of business with missed calls. Its so bad I filed a complaint.

Ring Central consistently misrepresented their capabilities and ommited key info Not a single feature works as promised. We have lost business and tons of time trying to work with them. Our biggest client got was blocked from contacting us because Ring Central has a known limitation on their system that designates your business as a robo-dialer service unless YOU take the steps to white list yourself. We only discovered this after deployment.
