RingCentral: Analysing Call Quality and App Functionality RingCentral delivers what it is supposed to deliver but there are issues with call quality that are frustrating at times. The app is a bit frustrating at times too.
RingCentral wasn't a good fit for us, but it might be for you The product might be great for others, but it wasn't the right fit for our organization. There were a few nice features, but there were too many negatives for us to continue using the product after almost a year, so we had to change to another cloud communications solution.

Overall frustrating but when it works, it works. My experience has been frustrating to say the least. Some updates have completely broken the service for our agency and now we opt to not update immediately without properly vetting the update beforehand. Administration is maze-like and not completely intuitive.

Horrible, predatory, disgraceful, shameful Absolutely shameful. This organization has help us hostage for almost 2 years and blames thier billing issues on us. They are literally billing us 10k because they automatically billed our account after we modified the service. I needed to go through 4 layers of people to get someone on the phone that could help, and thier solution was to bill us 10k for their billing error and 'allow' us to downgrade our account. Ring Central works poorly in the field Poor in field connectivity - calls, messages and vmails either don't come through or are delivered with a long delay. And the contract is hard/impossible to adjust down if you have too many licenses.
