Solid product, but be careful with limited proactive support We've been working with RingCentral for several months now and it's a bit of a split decision. Overall, the product works well and provides the various core tools you'd expect from a UCaaS/CCaaS system. The implementation went alright, but in our experience their support team has been completely reactive and not proactive at all. Integration issues I believe Ring Central is a great service to use but can improve in some areas. We have had issues integrating from a in office phone to a mobile phone and that was frustrating during the pandemic.
Experience with RC Sometimes it get restarts abnormally. Sometime when i do direct video call, it won't connect. Virtual background feature not working properly.

could be better Not the best user experience in my opinion. The product does, for most parts, what's promised but it often crashes especially when using the GIPHY tool in the chat feature.

Pros and Cons of Ring Central Office not being able to see licensing and templates needs to be added to the system. New inventory implementation was done poorly with no communication.
