Risha and her team are awesome and have one of the best refinance rates in Bay Area. They are fast and accurate. Risha & Team are awesome! I recently got my 2nd home financed from Guaranteed Rate. When I shopped in the market for financing, some of the large mortgage lenders needed higher down payment and weren't giving me the best rate.
