Risha and her team are masters in getting difficult loans approved. I was referred to her by my realtor specifically because I had a tight deadline to meet. Risha recognized this situation at once and worked on every possibility proactively. Tejal from her team has amazing attention to details. Alexis worked late hours and even on weekends. The entire loan process took just 25 days in this COVID time! I would highly recommend Risha and her team to anyone seeking a loan.

I have worked with Risha and her team now 6 times and each time they delivered flawlessly. This past transaction was particularly tricky and had a very short timeline. Again Risha and her team communicated consistently and were supported by a great IT platform to keep all the documents organized. I don't often post on Yelp but felt it's the least I could do given how much Risha and the team have helped me over the years.
