I have worked with Risha and her team now 6 times and each time they delivered flawlessly. This past transaction was particularly tricky and had a very short timeline. Again Risha and her team communicated consistently and were supported by a great IT platform to keep all the documents organized. I don't often post on Yelp but felt it's the least I could do given how much Risha and the team have helped me over the years.

Risha and Team did an amazing job on my mortgage refinancing. She managed to get me the best rate for my Jumbo loan in one phone call, at a time when nobody was doing any Jumbo Loans. Her team was prompt and provided me all the information needed and made the complete process seemless.

I would like to thank Risha and team for working on getting a good rate during our refinance process. Risha was on top of the market situation to advice what is good during other financial institutions were ready to refinance with little out of pocket, but Risha brought it down to 18 Years fixed keeping the loan amount same as original and also the monthly payment was only $100 higher than the old 30yr fixed. What can I say about Risha and her team that hasn't been mentioned in the glowing reviews below. Risha has advised me on multiple occasions, where I have either bought a home OR refinanced it. When searching for a mortgage I shopped around and got the idea of the current rates. When Risha told me her figure I thought it was a trap. It turned out that all she had promised were true: the incredible rate, the fees and the closing date. Her staff were also wonderful to work with. One of the staff, Lisa Boersma, even taught me how to save money on house insurance.We had an anxiety free loan application due to their friendly, trustworthy service.
