Service and food were outstanding. Seating was a wee bit cramped.
Our table for two was just too tiny. That might have been OK if the table was solid and did not wobble. We would have asked for a different table, but the place is very small and there was no other tables available. My wife ordered the "dinner size" ravioli and the portion size was very small. My wife does not normally eat a lot at meals, but finished it and was still hungry. The Tiramisu was excellent and my Filet was very good. For the money, I have many other choices I would select before coming back.
Carissa is one of our favorite servers - she is great and SO knowledgeable about wine! Leo, her server companion for the evening, was equally as savvy with people and friendly. We'll be requesting this duo again for sure!
Hadn't been there since last September, when everything was perfect for my birthday. And I don't consider myself an easy grader. This time, everything was right on the money again. OK, the tomato in the salad wasn't as good, but it's not heirloom season. Black truffle risotto was out of this world, as was the pappardelle, the Italian old fashioned, and the tiramisu. It was the perfect setting for a very special family celebration. The food, staff and ambiance were exquisite.
Always love the food and then during truffle season... well... you'll have to go taste for yourself - any words I try to use will fall flat. I had the pasta from the tasting menu with shaved truffles and I tasted the truffle risotto from someone else. Can't wait to go back! Service always top notch. Ambience always excellent.
Went there with a small group of friends, and everyone enjoyed both the food and the wine. Will definitely go back.
Ristorante Bartolotta met our every expectation for elegance and a romantic setting for our 40th anniversary celebration. Superb service and fresh seafood entrees were matched by appropriate and tasty wine selections from the Italo-centric wine list. A thoroughly delightful evening without breaking the pocketbook--well-done Bartolotta family!
As always, everything was fantastic! Service wonderful, did the truffle chef's menu, very tasty!
