My therapist was so helpful and I loved the lunch ladies Angie and kitchen staff. The food was good and the nurses helped me a lot. My recovery is going well so I will be spending time at sober living and I’m not having cravings at all! The facility was very nice with the exception of low water pressure in my room. They had a big gym which was very good too!

TA Natasha & Tanya & Mattie were all so kind & helpful & easy to talk to. My therapist Cami was absolutely fabulous. Therapist Karah’s groups were very helpful & easy to follow. Dr. Fahs was so kind & listened to what I needed. The rooms were great, they were hotel style & so nice. All the activities were so fun, they had Spa night, Art night, & we played corn hole outside. River Oaks lifted my spirits & put me on the right path. I would absolutely recommend.

My stay would have not been the same without TA Michael. He is one of the most caring staff members I have interacted with. He is quick to address any questions or concerns that I may have during any part of the day. He is also very thorough and quick to assist with the distribution of my medications. Lastly he creates a very friendly and positive environment for all clients and staff members anytime he is working. He goes above and beyond everyday and he deserves to be commended for his hard work.

Frank, TA, is awesome. He was with me during intake after a terrifying experience at another facility earlier that day. He made me feel comfortable and safe to begin my journey of recovery at River Oaks. He has been very kind and helpful through my experience here.

The therapists Kami and Amy are so helpful! They have a caring heart, and make you feel welcome. When you need to speak with them, they both work to make time to see you. They make you feel like you matter.

Travis has been an amazing therapist while undergoing treatment. He empowers all clients during every stage of treatment from start to finish. His unique approach to groups allows for every client to feel safe and comfortable to share and participate in each session. He also likes to create smaller breakout groups which allows for more participation from everyone. Travis is also heavily involved with community meetings and helps to advocate for clients. Luther in administration is wonderful!!! He takes customer service to the next level! He is always willing to help or put me in touch with the person who can help me no matter what. He has a friendly personality and just and overall great attitude!!

Kristin, Program Manager, is awesome in every way. She is incredibly helpful with any and every issue we bring to her, and gets results. She’s friendly and very involved in the community. I always know I can go to her about anything, anytime, even if just to have a friendly chat and a laugh.
