The first person that greeted me was the transport guy Juan when he picked me up from the airport. He was able to share his personal story with me which gave me a lot of hope because it was clear he understood what I was going through. He's just an over all great guy and he made me feel comfortable about going into rehab when I really didn't want to stay. He gave me snacks and some smokes to calm my nerves and has always checked in with me every time I see him around campus. Great customer service.

Big Frank is super funny and super cool because he rides his Harley to work every day and he just gets it. He is always efficient and right on time when you need him. He keeps it chill and doesn't give you a hard time about anything. He makes it easy to be here and accommodates everyone the same. He doesn't play favorites and I respect that about him.

I was so freaked out about having to detox in a strange place but the doctors and nurses and whole medical team helped me and supported me through the process. Amisha the nurse practitioner was always there when I needed her and would see me even when we didn't have an appointment. She has a great personality and always listened to me about whatever I was going through and addressed all my medical concerns so I could be comfortable and get through one of the most difficult situations in my life. I like the facilitators here because they keep it real, especially Rob who relates well with us in class and keeps us accountable. He knows how to control his groups by cutting down the cross talking and focusing on the topic. He keeps his lessons focused on real life situations and life on life's terms that can help us when we go home. I think he is one of the more helpful facilitators and wanted to give him some commendation for being an amazing therapist.

I love my case manager and my therapist Bryen who is a great listener and will always step in to help. he will hold you accountable when you need it because he really cares. I think he's one of the most insightful therapists I've ever met, I learn so much from our sessions about things I have no wantd to deal with for a very long time. i have felt some relief happen for my with my anger and impulsivity since coming here and I am excited to learn more and set up my sober living so I can go home and do my meetings with a spons... read more

TA Eldred goes the extra mile by being kind and respectful. he is very attentive to everyone's needs and does what he says he will do. if he doesn't have an answer for you, he will follow up and let know an answer. I think his calm demeanor really helps with structure and feeling safe here. I have gotten a lot out of the classes and groups. I was able to get through my detox and pick up some tools that will help me for when I go home.

When you come in, they help you through your detox and see lots of doctors who help you with your meds. After a few days, they move you to the other building which is very large and nice. I liked being in the community of people who are very uplifting and welcoming. The facility and large and they keep it clean. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. I think Thomas the house keeper is very personable and always smiling. he's into sports so we can sit and chat about that. He cares about helping out and is always on my floor vacuuming and making my bed, making sure I have fresh towels. They do laundry here and give wake up calls for class. You can have your phone but they take it during the first week. Also they allow smoking and it's co-ed. Campus is big and beautiful. highly recomme... read more
