It's Adrian for me! I love that he comes to work every day on his scooter and lets us look at it. Any time there is a call he is the one who is running to take care of someone or whatever issue is going on. I can tell he really cares because he goes above and beyond and always has a smile on his face no matter what, even when he's having a bad day he always has a positive attitude. Shout out to my favorite staff member!

My counselor Andy is very personable and down to earth. he is open minded an always got jokes. I appreciate the way he brings humor to a tough situation to help me learn the lesson I need to get. he has been a great counselor so far, one of the better ones Ive had which makes it easier to open up to him and feel ok to be vulnerable which I struggle with a lot. i think its helping me to process a lot of things i need to get through by having someone i can trust and relate to. I like that the staff here is all so humble in the way they are compassionate in the way they care for you including Miss Glenda in the kitchen because she is always putting in the work and is just extraordinary. I never see her with a bad attitude and she is just always there for you when you need her. Glenn the nurse in building 4 is always happy go lucky. He went the extra mile for me and always remembers my name. He always encourages us to make healthy choices and good decisions. He is extremely helpful and efficient at his job. I think he deserves an award for all the hard work and dedication he puts in, because he seriously makes this a better place.

I have never seen a better case manager team! They really invest their time into finding you the resources you need to be successful. My case manager Leah takes care of business and has really grown in her role since getting here. She always has good conversation while giving plenty of options for sober living, doctors, and aftercare. She works a lot with the other case managers and if someone is not available there is always someone else to help with my needs in a timely manner. My doctor helped me to get through my detox as comfortably as possible. She was very sensitive to my pain and my needs. She listened carefully and recommended things that helped me get through to the other side. I don't know what I would have done without her. I probably would have gone back out to get rid of the pain, but she helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel and supported me through the process to make me want to stay. There is a new lady in the kitchen that deserves some recognition her name is Marissa and she is super friendly. She keeps things on a personal level because she knows everybody and never forgets your name. She knows what you like to eat and makes sure there are always options. She never lets you go hungry and makes sure the line moves quickly so everybody can get in. They also serve desert here which I havent seen before. I have enjoyed the support staff from the housekeeping to the kitchen because they get along and relate to us like always having someone to talk to or keep up with how we are doing. The lunch lady Diane has a great, positive, upbeat personality and always gives me good portions at lunch and dinner. I like that they have a candy store and a cafeteria with soda and snacks and candy to keep me occupied in between meals. The nurse on 7/2 with the long hair I think her name is Natili is a rock star worker. She is courteous always and goes out of her way to help. I have seen her go above and beyond for everybody, not just me and she makes the night time med pass so much easier. I wish we had more nurses like her every day because she knows what she is doing and doesn't hesitate to help.
