It was an amazing purchase. The loan process was smooth. He is so dedicated and wonderful. I loved to work with him. He always answered all my questions and concerns and spent more than expected time for me ( client). If he wasn’t, I couldn’t get the house. Have used Rob for two houses and a few re-fi's. Always a hassle free experience. Also works great with VA loans. No issues, always have gotten lower than expected rate.
