It was an amazing purchase. The loan process was smooth. He is so dedicated and wonderful. I loved to work with him. He always answered all my questions and concerns and spent more than expected time for me ( client). If he wasn’t, I couldn’t get the house. I remembered he was with his family during his vacation in other state and on the other side We were in the process of getting pre-approval. When I decided to buy my new house I knew exactly who I was going to work with. Rob helped me with my loan in 2019, and the experience was so easy and positive I recommended him to my sister, and called him up again to work with me buying my new home. Rob is great to work with and has a friendly personality. He is always quick to respond to my many questions (via phone, email, texts) and explained every step in the process. Rob and his team were amazing every step of the way. They answered all of my questions and made sure to lock in my rate at the optimal time to get me the best possible deal. The team updated us at each step of the process and was always, always available to talk with us. We live out of state and it could have been a very difficult process, but it was not. I would be pleased to work with them again.
