I had a great experience working with Solar Optimum, especially Mason Brown. Mason was incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. We ran into a couple of snags with permitting, and weather delays also pushed parts of the project back, but Mason handled it all exceptionally well. I’m giving this project 5 star review because I think it is the best company to go with for quality and a competitive cost. If you go with this company, 100% ask for Mason to be your sales rep. Avoid Eddie at all costs as he won’t respond to you after you sign your agreement…Because of this, Management actually switched my contact person to Mason, and I am forever grateful for that. The quote is very reasonable and the response is very quick and clear. The service representative is very knowledgeable and provides top quality services!
Overall, I am happy with the service provided by Solar Optimum. Many obstacles were encountered along the way. Los Angeles fires, project manager falling ill, city inspectors showing up late, power company delays, and roofing problems (defective shingles found on the original roof). With all the obstacles encountered Solar Optimum managed to keep the project moving forward by working with me and their contractors .

I worked with Energy Sage to receive multiple proposals from solar system providers. All were credible, but I picked Solar Optimum based on best value and reputation. I had them install my solar system last year, had couple technical issues so far but they came out and fixed it, I am happy in overall.
Great value and customer service. Concerns and questions were answered promptly. Contractor did the install quickly and without issues. Job well done.
