The quote is very reasonable and the response is very quick and clear. The service representative is very knowledgeable and provides top quality services!
Overall, I am happy with the service provided by Solar Optimum. Many obstacles were encountered along the way. Los Angeles fires, project manager falling ill, city inspectors showing up late, power company delays, and roofing problems (defective shingles found on the original roof). With all the obstacles encountered Solar Optimum managed to keep the project moving forward by working with me and their contractors .

I worked with Energy Sage to receive multiple proposals from solar system providers. All were credible, but I picked Solar Optimum based on best value and reputation. I had them install my solar system last year, had couple technical issues so far but they came out and fixed it, I am happy in overall.
Time frame I signed the contract in February 2025 after there was a series of three weeks in a row in which power went out in the Inland Empire. The project was completed May 2025. At the end of each step I would ask: 1. What should I expect next? 2. How long should it take? 3. Who is responsible? I would then wait until it was beyond the expected timeframe to call/email and ask for a status update so my project wasn't getting left behind.
