The installers were excellent. Sales person is good, Engineering group was difficult
I am very happy with the product and I hope to enjoy it for years to come but the customer service can definitely improve. First I had part of the system installed in a section of the home that I had plans for something else and when I brought it up to their team, I was basically told that I should have read the blueprints more thoroughly and not sign it, even when they were in a hurry to get it done, even though I didn't actually have the system activated for over a month after that.
They were a great and transparent company to work with upon installation. I chose them because they weren't a fly by night operation and wanted to have the piece of mind that I was covered POST install. Well one of my microinverters went down. We discussed next steps. Turns out it needed to be replaced and they had it ordered for replacement and installed within a week! Great job Solar Optimum!

My system was installed 2 years ago and it’s been great so far. We needed a service call for one of our panels that went down. They replaced the part and we didn’t need to pay anything out of pocket. They have a great warranty. Glad we went with the folks at Solar Optimum.

Before going with Solar Optimum we shopped around with many different companies. Ultimately they gave us the better offer with price and warranty.
