My experience with Solar Optimum was excellent from the beginning to the end. All of my initial questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Their experience as a company really showed as they outlined each step in the process with accurate timeframes and expectations. The initial discussion with the sale person was very informative and felt no pressure at all. The proposed solar package, pricing, the newly available Tesla powerwall 3 were exactly what I was looking for. The installation team was punctual and responsive. They completed the job in 2 days. It took a long time for the PG&E inspection and had to reschedule for that appointment all because of PG&E person was expecting the switch that goes behind the power meter to be in an almost "already" installed state in order to do the in... read more

Amazing Experience!!! I do not always take the time to do reviews for companies. Solar optimum did an outstanding job and I could not be more pleased. Brandon Chavez took the time to answer my questions and was professional through the the entire process. I interviewed 8 companies and without question Solar Optimum was the best choice. They are there to answer questions after the sale and continue with Over the Top customer service.

Everyone at Solar Optimum was amazing. I really appreciated how easily I could connect with a live person and have my questions addressed satisfactorily. We went with Solar Optimum because we needed a reroof prior to our solar installation, and Solar Optimum made the process a one-stop shopping trip. This allowed our roofing project to slide seamlessly into our solar project. Besides making the timing an easy flow from one project to the next, the roofers made specific adjustments to accommodate solar panels (by moving vents from their original locations to locations that allowed for easier installation of the future panels). We got a number of quotes for solar but decided to go with Solar Optimum based on a few factors. First, their price was very competitive (in part due to their close relationship with Panasonic). Second, they were a somewhat smaller firm that was more focused on customer service than other companies that are more interested in offering loans than actually handling the planning and installation process. From start to end, the team was responsive, informative and professional. Pricing was competitive and installation was smooth.
This company is what they say they are. Very good customer service, installation was a breeze, and everything was explained though my throughout the process. I am so happy that I installed my solar system. My electric bill last month was 20 dollars. System will be paid off in 5 to 6 years and then no more bills. Highly recommend this company.
