The process was efficient and simple - and we had a working solar system in just a few month!
Workmanship and installers were great. Getting the work done though took months. Everything was cleared to go in October till installers came and said roof was not good. Ended up having roof work repaired and from then on I had to call weekly to see when roof and Solar was going to get installed and system activated. Signed paperwork for Solar in July ‘22 and officially running in February ‘23. Customer service was great every time I called and always helpful.
When I decided to install solar at my home, I reached out to 10 vendors including Costco Sunrun. After comparing the technology (solar panel and inverters offered), price quoted, and customer reviews, I went with Solar Optimum. Although they were not the cheapest, they offered the best value and trust. The whole process was pretty straightforward with great communication throughout the process. The installation went smoothly. I am now 3 months into usage, and I am glad that I got solar through Solar Optimum.
I am happy with Solar Optimum service. The work they did for us was great and installation of the panels were fast.

The team at Solar Optimum put together a plan to fit our needs. After all was said and done, the plan worked perfectly for us. Even with the gloomy weather we had here in Southern California we’re still producing slightly more then we use. Can’t wait till the sun comes out!! Everyone on the team was friendly and explained what they were doing at every stage. Software is also very cool.

excellent experience. install was fast and production exceeds expectation so far.
I installed my solar from Solar Optimum on September 2022. My overall experience is positive although there were some hiccups during main panel upgrade and city inspection. I also wanted to beat NEM 3.0 deadline. I finally got my PTO on January 2023 and I can use solar now. Thank you SO for this. Some suggestions to SO: 1.
