I am in the initial phases of having solar installed at my residence. I would like to reserve the right to modify this rating once the equipment has actually been installed. To date I have received excellent service. I believe Mason has gone the extra mile to ensure all of my questions and concerns have been answered. Great job so far.
Great panels at a price that can't be beat by anyone in the industry. Very responsive throughout the process and even followed up after install to make sure everything was working properly. If you are thinking about going solar, stop calling around and just go with Solar Optimum. I got ahold of one company and they admitted over the phone they couldn't beat Solar Optimum's pricing.
I researched getting solar for at least a year and Solar optimum by far exceeded my expectations, I choose them because they had everything ready for installation and would be able to get the job done in a month. They did not disappoint with any step of the process and there representative answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns. I have solar Panels and a backup battery in case I need it for peak hours and my electric bill has shrunk dramatically, I could not be happier.

It's common to hear horror customer service stories when it comes to solar sales. Luckily, my sales consultant was Argeesht and he was very responsive. There were points in the project where the communication extended past just the sales consultant. In times where I was stuck waiting for a response, Argeesht helped push it through.
