The sales process and initial analysis was good. The installation and issues after install were problematic. In addition the customer service was as not responsive as I would have liked when communicating the issues I had with the install.
Very professional and organized company. I had my entire project installed and PTO obtained in 5 weeks even during the holiday season. Great communication and pricing. Highly recommend Solar Optimum.
Electricity bill is so high this year and we need to go solar. We contacted a few solar companies and found that Solar Optimum provides affordable solar installation and excellent customer service. I’m extremely happy with my choice to have Solar Optimum install solar on my house. From the beginning to the very end they exceeded my expectation at every step. The install was clean and efficient and looks great visually. Juan was very helpful as well answered all my questions and no pressure sales tactics. We shopped around and the price was competitive but we got the best panels and the install team was a pleasure to work with.
