The sales process and initial analysis was good. The installation and issues after install were problematic. In addition the customer service was as not responsive as I would have liked when communicating the issues I had with the install.

I’m extremely happy with my choice to have Solar Optimum install solar on my house. From the beginning to the very end they exceeded my expectation at every step. The install was clean and efficient and looks great visually. Juan was very helpful as well answered all my questions and no pressure sales tactics. We shopped around and the price was competitive but we got the best panels and the install team was a pleasure to work with.
I had my second solar system installed by Solar Optimum in early to mid 2023 (first system installer now out of business). They were very busy at the time due to the end of NEM 2.0 rates, but the entire process went very well. Excellent communication and response to any questions or changes I had. Best quote with top panels and equipment. Worked with my requests to run the new conduit and connector box close to my first system. Great experience!
