All I can say is that they promised me 70 - 75 days from start to finish and that was delivered on point. Not sure if this is true for everyone but Im very happy on my end. I highly recommend. Easy to talk to and always a available. I was able recommend my dad and a co worker. They already their system up and running as well . If you want true professionals if this field go call solar optimum. I had the best experience and Im almost certain you will too.
We received quotes from several solar companies and Solar Optimum had the best rating and a very competitive price. They were responsive when we had questions and they installed our system when they said they would and completed the installation in one day. We have now had the system for five months and it is generating enough electricity to cover all our needs with some leftover. Thank you Solar Optimum!
Our son was so enthusiastic about his Solar Optimum purchase, we got enthusiastic also had to install solar in our home. The installation and service has been five star. Anytime we needed anything the service has been great. Amin A: Customer Service Manager helped us this week on an issue we needed fixed. Amin tock the bull by the horns and handled the issue. The solar optimum team did an amazing job. They were by far the best company we could find and today, a month after the install they are still super helpful if i have any questions. Service is good only concern was the delayed in hooking the system due to minor issues that was resolved in timely manner
Recently had 2 Tesla batteries installed to compliment existing solar system. The Tesla system design and installation was superb. Very clean and efficient. The technicians were very capable and polite. Everyone at Solar Optimum was cordial and accommodating. Just be aware that the timeline on projects as this is long because of all the various parties involved — approvals, licensing, commissioning, etc. Solar Optimum does all it can to expedite, but it takes time!
