Really excited to have been part of the effort to "electrify America" via sustainable Solar and battery back-up. Online ASAP and all working fine. When an issue arose, it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Great experience with Solar Optimum
Solar Optimum put Solar on my roof, I checked a few other places out to get bids for Solar, but Solar Optimum was the best deal for me. I didn’t have to do anything they took care of it all and OK with HOA also I’m very pleased thank you, Solar Optimum you did a wonderful job for me and it was hasslefree. Thanks again I would recommend Solar Optimum to anyone that is looking for Solar.
I have been running on solar now for about 2 months. I had an issue with my battery, I opened a ticket and EnPhase came out and resolved it in a timely manner. Now before going live and signing the official contract. I want to express my gratitude towards Davey W., if not for Davey I might not have signed the contract. I am pleased with their combination of service, quality, and price. Especially, Jilbert Z. and Nayelli O. were great advocates during the permitting process, being persistent, patient, and helpful as we engaged with the utility about the best solar system size allowable for our home. Also, Kevin C. gave me valuable input during the contracting. Also, I am happy with the included Enphase app and monitoring system, and also the warranties are better than what I was able to get from other bids.
I contacted about 12 or so different vendors and received number's quotes. I found the process initially I found the process a bit overwhelming. However, I am glad I found SolarOptimum they made the process fast and efficient. Anthony was helpful and did not try to sell me things I did not want or need. Solar Optimum came in the second cheapest (small difference) but the responsiveness and patience he had with us was worth the slight difference to the cheapest bid. I had a 20 panel install done by Solar Optimum. I live in a relatively small town on the California Central Coast, and SO was ~30% less expensive and had a 6 month shorter lead time than 2 local competitors. I had some specific ideas about exactly how/where I wanted the panels and combiner/junction boxes laid out, and it took a few iterations to come to a layout agreement, but in the end it was exactly what I wanted.
