Solar Optimum provided the best in class installation experience. Tesla was about 2K cheaper than Solar, but I opted to go with Solar purely because of the customer service that they provide. I was not disappointed. The hand over from Initial Inquiry to Sales to installation and post installation was seamless. They managed to even get all possible rebates that I am eligible for. Overall I strongly recommend this company to others
I contacted Solar Optimum thru the internet for a battery installation. Anthony Morales returned my request the same day. He was great! He walked me step by step thru the process and answered all my questions. Battery was installed , programmed and turned on in a very timely manner. I didn't have to do a thing. Solar optimum did it all. All I did was sign papers and make payments ( which by the way were very fair). I recently had a power outage for 12 hours. I didn't even know the power had gone off. Their pricing was very competitive for the premium products they offer, and all the people I spoke with throughout the purchase and installation were very helpful, responsive, and friendly. After a several month delay waiting for our roofer to finish, Solar Optimum was in here the next day! Everything went exactly as they said it would, including getting the city inspector here within hours of them finishing the electrical panel work. Everything has worked fine, they followed up immediately on one issue, and Enphase has also been great with after the sale support. Would highly recommend them.
Although we've considered installing solar for years, we finally decided to sign up with Solar Optimum toward the end of 2023. Rather than signing up for gimmicky plans for installation with financing, leasing, or renting out our rooftop, we went ahead with a straightforward purchase and ownership of the system, with a 25 year warrantee on the panels.. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with a previous Solar company. I decided to not renew our lease and was recommended to check out Solar Optimum. I'm glad I did. I talked with David Lopez who gathered my initial information and then Kevin Taing called and discussed in detail the type of system that would fit my needs. From the beginning, I was contacted by their team to provide information on the solar panels, the process of installation and what was needed.
