I contacted Solar Optimum thru the internet for a battery installation. Anthony Morales returned my request the same day. He was great! He walked me step by step thru the process and answered all my questions. Battery was installed , programmed and turned on in a very timely manner. I didn't have to do a thing. Solar optimum did it all. All I did was sign papers and make payments ( which by the way were very fair). I recently had a power outage for 12 hours. I didn't even know the power had gone off. After a several month delay waiting for our roofer to finish, Solar Optimum was in here the next day! Everything went exactly as they said it would, including getting the city inspector here within hours of them finishing the electrical panel work. Everything has worked fine, they followed up immediately on one issue, and Enphase has also been great with after the sale support. Would highly recommend them.
Although we've considered installing solar for years, we finally decided to sign up with Solar Optimum toward the end of 2023. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with a previous Solar company. I decided to not renew our lease and was recommended to check out Solar Optimum. I'm glad I did. I talked with David Lopez who gathered my initial information and then Kevin Taing called and discussed in detail the type of system that would fit my needs. I just had my solar panels installed and Solar Optimum was extremely professional and efficient. We had consultations from a couple of other companies before we heard about Solar Optimum from a relative. We got a call from them almost immediately and ended up signing our contract at the end of August. We just recently purchased our property so we only had a month or two of utility bills available to help Solar Optimum determine what our energy needs would be.
