Solar Optimum provided a great system at a great price. I had 3 or 4 quotes from various companies and only one company built a system that was comparable and a similar price. The only hiccup in the process was when we completed the required repairs there was no follow up and some difficultly getting the process going, in fairness, it was Christmas, but it did put our install another month or more behind. I am completely satisfied with Solar Optimum work and performance, the highlight of their work was that they completed installation of solar panels and electrical panel upgrade from 100 Amps to 200 Amps in only one day. They did a very clean job. I recommend them to new owners who think about going Solar.
The competitive price was a very large factor in my choosing Solar Optimum to install my solar system; however, my experience throughout the process was very good once I understood that different departments handled different aspects of the installation. The referral to the WPCCU (credit union) for my loan was simply great, and my raise in my social security essentially makes the payments for the loan. Lastly, I found all represetatives of Solar Optimum very courteous and professional.

What I like is the way the staff keep you abreast of every project mile stone and the professionalism involved. The installers are well knowledgeable about what they need to do to install the equipment.
Customer service...they do it well. It's not like there weren't bumps on the road, they were just fixed rapidly. I recommend Solar Optimum to everyone who asks.

Solar Optimum was very efficient in the whole process from my reaching out to the final installation. I am at 95118. It took only one month to finish everything from signing the contract to my seeing the panel working on the Enphase app. (My roof and panel are in pretty good shape that also helped making this possible). They also noticed ahead of me that one of my 20 inverters was not working properly and quickly sent a technician to fix it. In my particular case, I think they worked perfectly.
The Solar Optimum team is very helpful and supportive on my solar panel installation process. The tech team is knowledgeable of the process and they patiently answering my doubts and questions.
