I’m extremely happy with my choice to have Solar Optimum install solar on my house. From the beginning to the very end they exceeded my expectation at every step. The install was clean and efficient and looks great visually. Juan was very helpful as well answered all my questions and no pressure sales tactics. We shopped around and the price was competitive but we got the best panels and the install team was a pleasure to work with.

SolarOptimum was very responsive and moved so quickly with making changes to the proposal we received once we had a chance to review, to booking our consultant to come out and do their inspection, to installation, to getting permits pulled and the whole thing approved by the city and the system online. I was in search of a reputable, highly customer rated solar company to install solar panels on my residence. Solar Optimum's customer service was outstanding - whether it was through the financing, scheduling, roofing or solar panel departments - all communication and coordination ran smoothly. Solar Optimum is a great outfit. From beginning to end they did a great job for us installing a new solar system and completely renovating the 40 year old roof on our home. Mason B. was really helpful throughout the consultation process. I had quite a few questions about solar and the process and Mason was patient and happy to answer my questions. I did not feel pressured during the process either. Looking forward to getting my solar installed in the coming months .
Working with Argeesht at Solar Optimum was a pleasure. He was informative and patient as we walked through the process and my options. I settled on only 14 panels due to the layout on my small house although may consider adding 4 more that are in a less optimal position. I feel I am well educated now and glad I finally had this done and looking forward to my accreud savings going forward.
I highly recommend this company for your solar needs! The consultation was done virtually and was free. It was a nice overview of the whole process and a draft solar layout was shown. Customer service was exceptional, I was able to reach a REAL person during the whole installation process. It took about 6 months from signing the contract to turning on the system.
