I am satisfied with SO's service in my solar panel installation. I was especially happy that they were able to get it done for me before the end of 2022 despite the rainy days. The back office was also helpful in answering my numerous questions I posed to them.
Timely, great installation, good customer service. They called me when they got notified of an issue and came quickly to solve it. It's always a long project installing solar and getting everything paperwork wise, but Solar optimum did everything quickly. The city always takes forever, same with socal Edison.

Solar was very pleasant to work with; the technician took the time to explain how everything worked while the installation was being done. Solar Optimum had to do things in steps because they had to wait on PGE for approval, but once things were approved, it took no time to get the solar up and running. I had a little issue with the installation, and Solar fixed it the following week. I am happy to recommend Solar Optimum to anyone that needs Solar.
