I am very happy with Solar Optimum and the work they did for me. They were on top of everything from the beginning, and they're such nice people who genuinely care about their customers. Even after installation, they were still willing to answer questions. They only work with the best manufactures, which means you can rest assured you'll get the highest quality. there is definitely a reason why they have such a good reputation. Call them if you are looking to get solar. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are the best! They did literally everything for me. They even walked me through the solar tax credit and other rebates. The whole environment at Solar Optimum is so positive, friendly and honest/ethical. It was clear that they did everything they could to get me the best solution at the best price and to make sure I understood everything they were doing. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

We recently added more panels to our solar power system. We first got solar from Solar Optimum 3 years ago. When we contacted Solar Optimum for an add-on because we purchased two electric vehicles so our consumption has gone up. It was great that they remembered us. That shows that they care. Their customer service is excellent! We are having our additional panels installed this month, and we are very excited.

When we contacted with Solar Optimum to install panels, we were assured the project would be done in approximately three months. It was five months before they even got plans to the city for approval. It will end being around seven months before we are able to switch. I often did not receive replies to emails or phone calls, and some replies were so confusing as to be useless. Solar Optimum was a complete game changer for us! We had been in touch with a handful of other solar companies prior to contacting Solar Optimum, and they all seemed very similar in their offers (and not quite what we wanted). When we called Solar Optimum, we didn't expect much to be honest, but we read the reviews and thought we had to give it a go. I have had some issues on communications with Solar Optimum and I posted a review accordingly. Alex immediately called me and has assured me that he will assist in resolving the issues and moving the project forward. Hopefully my experience was an anomaly and things will improve from here. I will update review when work is complete.

We used Solar optimum when we wanted solar panels on our home about a year and half ago and we love our solar system. Our representative at Solar Optimum was Alex and we were very impressed with him. He explained everything to us so we really understood what we were doing and how much we could expect to save on our utility bill and we knew we were in good hands. He even made sure we got the federal solar tax credit. Solar Optimum gets 5 star from us!!!
