RecommendedFantastic service. I needed an urgent last minute furnace inspection and Furnace Family was able to fit me in the next day. Jeff came in and was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace that I had. He was quickly able to put my mind at ease and let me know that my furnace was operating as it should be. I've had other maintenance appointments with them as well and they never try to pressure you into doing expensive fixes you don't need.

Kevin 1 and the Kevin 2 were friendly, respected my home environment with care and paid great attention to detail. I've encountered super customer service when I've phoned as well. RecommendedGreat service. Great people. I had an AC installed. Everything was done well, and everything was kept clean. The only comment I have is that the new penetration in my wall wasn't sealed well. No biggie, as I just foamed it up myself. Otherwise, great job!
