RecommendedWe needed 2 new hot water tanks. Kevin Polgar was on time, suggested some modificamodifications that really made sense. When he was finished he went over everything he had done to make sure I undersunderstood operation of the hot water tanks as well as the code changes he made. He cleaned up after himself which is more than I can say for most contractors we have hired. He laid dropcloths so he never got the carpet dirty. RecommendedFantastic service. I needed an urgent last minute furnace inspection and Furnace Family was able to fit me in the next day. Jeff came in and was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace that I had. He was quickly able to put my mind at ease and let me know that my furnace was operating as it should be. I've had other maintenance appointments with them as well and they never try to pressure you into doing expensive fixes you don't need.

Kevin 1 and the Kevin 2 were friendly, respected my home environment with care and paid great attention to detail. I've encountered super customer service when I've phoned as well.
