We were provide with three options so we could make an informed decision. Costing was provided right on site. We were given a install date that was immediate, really no waiting. INSTALL LENNOX TWO-STAGE FURNACE At our initial meeting with Furnace Family, Chris (sales) inspected the existing furnace configuration then provided replacement options. Furnace & A/C July 27, 2022 This review is in addition to my A/C review below. Our 18 year old Lennox furnace needed to be replaced. I made appointments with two firms. Once again Chris from the Furnace Family had the best price and service through their Costco Program. In the two months since our Lennox A/C unit was installed nothing has changed with The Furnace Family.
