Done Right Three hours after I contacted Jamie at Family Furnace he arrived at the doorstep. He did an examination of our home and discussed the possibilities for furnace replacement. By the time he left I had four estimates for suitable systems. The installation team arrived on time and worked systematically at the installation. Furnace, hose bib, hot water tank I have had furnace family to my home 3 separate times: hose bib change, new furnace and humidifier, and most recently, a new hot water tank all in the last 2 years. I can not tell you the peace of mind it gives a female homeowner to have 1 competent and consistently professional company take care of everything from start to finish with no headaches, ever.
