Jamie came out to give us an initial quote and did not try to sell us something we did not require. When the old furnace was removed there were many issues that needed to be addressed from the initial install, everything was addressed and the price did not change from the original quote. We are so pleased that we choose The Furnace Family, we highly recommend them.
