Service I called The Furnace Family today and was qreeted with a very pleasant and informative recetionist. My A/C quit running and with the long weekend approaching I was concerned that I may have to be buying a new one. Taryn arranged to have a service tech sent out asap. Furnace and AC Awesome service. Ross and Justin did a great job. They were polite and professional. Answered all of our questions. Got the job done faster than expect. Everything looks great and works great. Will recommend them to everyone.

Furnace Repair Had Jeff out to fix my furnace late at night, no other company would even answer their phone. Got us up and running and was very informative. Great company thanks for the help will be calling for a new furnace in a few months.
Furnace had no heat Was one of the only companies willing to come same day service which was great. He did a few test and found that the pressure switch was faulty. He was well prepared and had a spare in his truck and replaced. Only issue is it wasn't covered under warranty because convienently the company has a policy to look into warranty is 60$ charge if they didn't do the initial instal. Part was 50$ so made sense to just pay for part.
Service Work was competed very quickly he knew what the problem was as soon as he saw the furnace very professional
AC Replacement My AC stopped working so I called someone to come repair it. They came and told me that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace it but would give me a quote on both repairing and replacing it. 3 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything. Furnace & air conditioner system Just recently had my furnace and air conditioner system installed by Furnace Family. Thank you for providing honest pricing and Dave really explained everything. Guiding us through all options. He wasn't just here for the sale, he really wanted us to be happy.
