This might be the worst I've ever had. I've been all over the world, and there's some pretty bad ones out there. But this one was terrible. It tasted like a frozen pizza. The sauce was OK, And they were very generous with pepperoni - but you can overdo that... It doesn't make up for the bad crust and mediocre sauce. They did give me two for one because that was their special. But I threw one and a half away.
We went for lasagna . They don't have it. The cook Took 50 minutes for a simple 14" Pizza. When the cook brings the pizza we can observe his long but really looooong dirty nails. We left and we gave the pizza to our poor dog. This people Is dirty !

I went to the location on Courtesy Road in Louisville at 4:40 pm on a weekday.I Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with vegetables and I paid cash. The cashier told me 25 minutes and I returned at 5:05. The girl went in the back and asked how long it would be for the pizza. I heard the pizza maker say to the other employee it hadn't been put in the oven yet because they weren't sure how to make it. After they gave her a crash course on making the pizza the girl came back to the counter and concocted an elaborate story about some ... read more

If I could give them 0 I would. This place is awful. Ordered a pizza at 4:55 told it would be 45 minutes went to pick it up at 5:40, at 6:30 after repeated requests for our pizza was told they burned the first one and would make a new one (which takes at least 45 minutes. Seriously? Another guy was there at the same time and he had ordered his pizzas at 4:15 that day and still hadn't received h order. What a cluster of incompetence and non-existent customer service. I was traveling from Aurora to Superior to visit a friend who just moved to Colorado. Being that I'm not from the general area, I googled Rosati's and thought it would be a good place to grab a deep dish pizza and be on my way. On Saturday, October 14 I called my order in at 5:15 pm and was told it will be ready 45-60 minutes. I thought it should give me plenty of traveling time to get there at 6:00pm with only 5-10 minutes extra to wait. I let 15 minutes go by, before inquiring about my order.
