I recognize that there are challenges in every business, but delivering a burnt pizza where the outer two inches are charred. As a long time customer at other locations, this is beyond what I would consider acceptable. To be fair, I called to get some direction. 30 min before closing, I was sent to voice mail. So my trash can is filled with burnt crust. This experience was well below my Rosatti's experience. Charred food is not cool. Please get it together, or my family will have to move on to what I consider sub par... read more

Tried to place an order last Friday and they closed early. Ordered a Pizza today over an hour ago and came to pick it up but they misplaced the order. Done with this place.

Orders 36 minutes ago and it was. Cancelled just now bc grub hub said they closed. Nope not closed. Just called. Said grub hub stops taking orders now and that was why. I said we ordered Over 30 minutes ago So that's not true. Both grub hub and Rosati's are horrible.

Sadly, I think this place is going down the drain. I live in Lafayette and have been a loyal customer of Rosati's since 2019, when I moved here from Boulder. I absolutely LOVE pizza and I was over the moon when I found this little gem. I always told people where the best pizza was in Colorado. Yes, it used to be THAT good. Im not sure what happened... They must have changed something in their ingredients. The last 2 pizzas I've had just tasted "old". That's the best way I can describe it. The crust tasted as if the pizza h... read more

To begin with, when we opened the boxes, which had been delivered, it looked like they had been tipped towards one side. The sauce on our deep dish had slid over so 1/3 of the pizza was bare, and the cheese and toppings on our thin crust were all smushed over to one side. The thin crust was decent...the cheese was too thick but that was likely because the distribution changed when it was tipped. The deep dish was terrible.
