Round Rock Animal Hospital has been taking care of our sweet boy, Apollo, for over a decade (he's over 15 years old). We've taken all of our animals here and we have never had a bad experience. They make us feel so welcome the moment we enter the lobby and everyone is so kind. I know our fur babies are in great care whenever we're there. Thank you to the entire staff for being the best!!

The doctors and techs? AMAZING! They are so kind, thoughtful, personable, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The front desk staff? Mean, unapproachable, rude.... Shall I go on? I dislike calling to make an appointment, checking in, etc. RRAH needs to do something with those ladies....
Very clean, personable service, and incredibly affordable. I used to work as a vet assistant for a few places but honestly this hospital outshines all of them. They didn't overcharge me for anything and the only expensive item on the bill was the already expensive medication. Wonderful doctor and team, would go back again! Here's my baby we took there.
Just took our 11 week old puppy for her vaccinations and checkup and we love this place. They are so kind and made the whole process amazing. Highly recommend!

Very thorough, gentle, hard working, and kind staff and doctor who took care of my senior cats of 15 years of age. They provided follow up calls after the surgery. And informed me every step of the way. Answered my questions with patience. Am very happy with their services. Plan to bring my cats back to them. My cats are usually very scared. I've taken my two dogs to RRAH for 10 years and my parents have also taken their dogs there even longer. I always have a good experience with our visits and the staff has changed over the years but is always great. It's never very crowded which is helpful when you have two dogs, one of which is a pittie mix. We used to get all of the dog's meds there too but recently have switched to 1800petmeds as it's a bit cheaper.
Vets and staff are excellent. We have taken our dogs there for over 10 years, and while some of the doctors have changed over the years, the level of care has remained consistently fantastic. Loving and competent/ A Winning Combination!
