Well, the truth is, instead of buying a car, I bought a problem. I still don't have the title in my hands; I haven't even had the car for a month and I've already had to take it to the garage. The oil wasn't changed before the sale, nor was the timing belt, and to top it all off, they put a piece of plastic on the pulley that wasn't supposed to be there because they didn't want to spend the money on the correct part, and it was making a deafening noise. Took 8 hours for the service department to swap my transmission fluid and take care of a stop lamp switch recall. This is with an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. The first five hours were spent looking for any other potential issues/services they could find on my car. Quoted me an additional $1600 for various repairs. $353 to replace 4 spark plugs is criminal. Once I told them no thanks, I had to wait 3 more hours until my car was given back to me.

The guy who was dealing with my service was absent the day of service and there was a great lack of communication. I declined the service online, the next day when I went to pick my truck up it was being serviced. Luckily it fell under warranty, which I didn’t even know if it was covered or not until picking the truck up. Buying the truck there was no cake walk either.

I took my vehicle in on a Friday morning (scheduled appt) and didn’t hear much back, unless I reached out. My car was not actually seen until Saturday afternoon. So I’m not sure what the purpose of having a scheduled appointment if my vehicle is not going to be worked on within that timeframe. Also, the work was covered under warranty however I was charged $100 that I was not made aware of until I actually picked up my vehicle. Service provider is very arrogant because I questioned price that shows up in the online(64$) and the price they showed me(89$). When the car is ready for pickup , she didn’t even call me . Very rude. I won’t go for service again there. Good bye

The absolute WORST customer service experience. I've ever had. I had an appointment on 8/9 at 8:15a with Eric, only to be told after waiting 20+ minutes that Erica wasn't even there. Kevin helped me instead (and he was great), but then left for PTO that following week-fine, no problem. Kevin at least kept me informed before he left that my tire would be in on Tuesday and my car would be ready by 12p that day. Once he was gone, ZERO communication. I got a call from the service advisor after the service for the A.C was done , they had to replace the hvac case. Which they told me from the get go. That's the dash would have to come out. We got the car back.We found a few things that didn't seem right.Sports mode stopped working as located on the center consoles. Try explaining that to her and she kept arguing.That's not related well when you take a - out of a car.You have to remove the center console. They scratched my rear driver side door severely. They also parked my car under a tree for the 2 weeks it was in their shop my car has tons of sap sitting on the pain ruining it. Zero care for my brand new vehicle I bought from them. Inside of my car is dirty from the workers taking a lunch break in it, their is no reason my dash board should be dirty the way it was.

I asked for a manager several times regarding pricing on the service packages and how the internet /scheduling lists the services in each package but does not mention extra fees for tags and sprays that may get used during the service.
