Bought pre owned car in November 2024 and it has cracking noise in front within a day. Salesperson person said no accidents but may have not been truthful about other damages in order to make the sale. Nice people in Service but it was not fixed even though they said it was. Have to schedule another appointment. Not feeling good about Nissan Round Rock.

Bought a used car from round rock Nissan this weekend. Drove it off the lot Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning I opened the sunroof and realized it won't close anymore. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that an inspection was done and found no issues with the vehicle. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars to get the sunroof issue resolved. This dealership was very adamant about making a sale, but did have the best interest in taking care of the customer. I test drove a certified preowned vehicle and I noticed that the brakes were very worn so I verbally told the sales manager And signed an and signed a document stating that those deficiencies will be fixed. This was my second time at round rock Nissan Taking my BMW for an oil change. First time I went, I called prior to scheduling my appointment and told him when I purchased the vehicle in a different state. I had a maintenance package and my oil changes for free. They honored it for me.. This time I went and my advisor was Wayne. I told him I had a maintenance package and where I had purchased my vehicle from they offered free oil change and I told him this was my second time here with the same vehicle and it had been honored.... read more

Had a great experience finding a car with Renee then we got to financing. That was the worst experience I ever had dealing with Jose. He was very rude and in a hurry to go home. He wanted us to sign a blank title document and when I refused he said I couldn’t buy the car. So we left, there are plenty of Nissan dealerships out there that want our business.

Our Salesperson did not shake our hands one time. Not when she met us and not to thank us for our business. She was not prepared for both visits. On Wednesday, we let her know we were on our way. When we arrived, she could not find the car and was wondering if it had been sold. We told her we would be there at noon on Saturday, and she was not ready for us. Got in at 1:50pm for my appointment to get oil change at 2:30 and didn’t get out till 4:30pm my car was ready I don’t know how long ago but my paper work was just sitting at the counter and no one knew about it, wonder where my service advisor was he just disappeared and I waited and waited until I complained and asked what’s taking so long.
