I got a call from the service advisor after the service for the A.C was done , they had to replace the hvac case. Which they told me from the get go. That's the dash would have to come out. We got the car back.We found a few things that didn't seem right.Sports mode stopped working as located on the center consoles. Try explaining that to her and she kept arguing.That's not related well when you take a - out of a car.You have to remove the center console. They scratched my rear driver side door severely. They also parked my car under a tree for the 2 weeks it was in their shop my car has tons of sap sitting on the pain ruining it. Zero care for my brand new vehicle I bought from them. Inside of my car is dirty from the workers taking a lunch break in it, their is no reason my dash board should be dirty the way it was.

I asked for a manager several times regarding pricing on the service packages and how the internet /scheduling lists the services in each package but does not mention extra fees for tags and sprays that may get used during the service.

Dealer was respectful n the only problem was not much communication with dealer n financial man I was told two different payment of my car n wasn’t explained clearly why it took so long to twist cars out on the loan paperwork n wasn’t explained what would happen with the car I trade in if i should keep making payments r not .i was never explained about the refund from the warranty and gap on the other car that was traded found out the extended warranty was used for down payment n wasn’t told but to make a long story short th... read more

Brought in my car for 10k service, was told by Town North Nissan that RR Nissan would honor their new car service contract. Unfortunately they did not and I ended up paying $200 for an oil change and rotation, total rip off. I went back to Town North and was told they have an agreement with RR to only charge $9.99! So yes, rip off!!!!

Service is too slow should not take an hour and half to change oil. I was the second person that arrived at the dealership at 7

Awful Customer Service in the Service center. Didn’t even call me when my car was ready. Tried to over charge me at the counter. Luckily i’m not stupid

WHITE 2020 RANGE ROVER After agreeing on a price, completing a credit application (with e-signature), securing backup financing with my own credit union (because their credit department was dragging their feet), buying airline tickets to fly in and pick it up.....the dealership backs the vehicle into something and damages the tailgate.
