Worst experience ever, will never return to this location. From start to finish it was a horrible experience with the service manager who didn't care about my car problems, never contacted me throughout the day about my vehicle until 15 minutes until close where it was impossible to get my car. Work was not completed as I paid for and additional items were recommended that were not needed. Our service manager was so arrogant and condescending when he spoke as if we were a problem not a customer. They have lost our business.

Never enough people work, takes forever to get work done. I had an issue that was covered under manufacture warranty but was told it was a rodent but I couldn't come see because it'sunder the car. He sent a video of the inside of the hood (not from the bottom of the car) to show me the wires. Once I said this is not showing anything he sends a still Pic of just wires. We're these my wires? They inundate the crap out of you with automated emails but fail to actually have a real person respond to emails and phone calls. They totally suck to deal with. Find a different dealer.

Zero incentives to retain a customer unlike other dealerships. The atmosphere is sterile and our way void if personal followup to retain or promote service.

I thought going with an official service center would guarantee better service and quality, even at a higher price, but I ended up with worse service and just high prices. I had an appointment for 1 pm but wasn't attended to until 1:30 pm. I paid $1400 for general service and maintenance on my Altima by purchasing their premium package. Risk of waiting in long line, take customers out of order. This is the second time this has happened to me. A few years ago, I stopped going here for service because the check IN/OUT process was so slow, and they dont process customers first-in-first-out. It appears random. Had a tire that blew with only 8600 miles and my Rogue is only 6 months old. Unfortunately, I did not have the road hazard protection, but my husband was told that it would be covered under a 12 month warranty. An hour later, they called and changed their minds to tell us we would have to pay for the tire out of pocket. Called to check on a repair status on my car that was dropped off by the towing company, Dealership had no clue where the car was. Had to call back to tell the gentleman to go look in his lot and finally he comes back saying oh yes sir it’s here.
