Sat 45 minutes late at table too small for party. Had to complain to get moved to appropriate table. Told out of certain menu items. Tried to make it up to us with appetizers and wine. Incorrectly split final bill. Will not be back.

First time visit and likely my last. First it started with our arrival at 720pm for a 730pm reservation. You could tell the hostess could care less about the line of 20+ people waiting. I checked in and was told she could not check us in because it was not our reservation time. I asked if she would get us from the bar and she said no. So we went to the bar and came back at 730, again having to wait another 10 minutes. She was just rude. So dinner was also a mess. The table the hostess sat us at was RIDICULOUS!! It was the last table of a long line of tables w chairs on one side and an embarrassingly LOW bench on the other. I am an average-size woman. The bench seat was soooo low, the table was practically at my chin. More importantly, although the table was set for four, I had no space to sit and eat. I had purchased tickets to see A Miracle on 34th ST at the Eldorado and made reservations at Roxys for dinner. The show started at 7, so I placed the reservation for 5. We were promptly seated and drink orders were taken. The waiter did not reappear for 15 minutes, with news that they did not have the selection of wine we requested. That wasn't a big deal. Rolls were warmed over at least a dozen times. Ordered two crab cakes as main meal.They were brought to me in separate fry pans. Have never seen that done before. After eating in this restaurant many times.this place will not get me back.

We were not satisfied with the souffle, as it was egg whites and chocolate chips, not a traditional with a rue. This souffle deflated completely as it lacked structure. If I'm going to pay 12.00 for a souffle. I'd expect a superior product, not the type I received.

615 reservation. Seated on time. 645 before someone came up for a drink order. At that time told waiter had to go to a show to go to that started at 8. Got apps and salad by 735. Had to cancel main course for time reasons. Friends Birthday....Won't go back

We have dined at Roxy's many times, and have always enjoyed the experience. This time however. not so much. Our reservation was for 5:15. We were seated promptly. The table was close to the front and the bar next door. So very loud we could not hear each other. We asked to be seated elsewhere. 15 minutes later we had not been re seated. It seems the hostess had forgotten us. She said she would look and see if she could find another table. She then forgot us again. 3rd time she finally seated us at another table. We were there for a Thanksgiving/birthday dinner. We were treated like we were bums off the street. We were told in no uncertain terms that the booths were reserved special guests. It was an hour before we got our dinners and the waiter said it was because the Thanksgiving specials took priority. My drink took 15 mins to arrive because the waiter said he spilled the first one.
