We waited even though we had a reservation. Then we’re placed next to a kitchen. The music was so loud in the lounge upstairs we couldn’t hear anything. Our nice waitress had laryngitis from talking so loud over the band. There were four of us and all our meals were terrible! Our bill was over $300 which would’ve been OK if it was a good meal. We will never go back!
The lighting was so poor we had to use a flashlight to read our menus. Beef quality was poor. Prime rib was tough, the filet had little taste. For the price, Ruth's Chris (opening in the Silver Legacy), will take your customers away. Our waitress was dismissive when my wife asked a question about the dinner salads. All in all, it wasn't the quality or service we've experienced at El Dorado restaurants.
We've been to Roxy dozens of times. First time our experience was terrible. Wait service completely rude and unacceptable. Manager not trained in customer service. Caprese salad special served with HARD and stale mozzarella. We planned for 1-1/2 hour dinner to make show after. Dinner and problem resolution caused us to be 40 minutes late to show. Very disappointed in Roxy this visit.
Horrible experience. The place was chaotic, they were busy and not properly staffed. Both my husband and I ordered filet mignon, both of our steaks were burnt on the outside, and under cooked on the inside. :( the lobster was amazing, and the mashed potatoes were great. Drinks took too long to deliver. Overall this was a bad experience for our anniversary, we will not be returning.
Food was poor. No one at the table had a good meal.
The noise level was way too loud , even at a small table , my wife and I were speaking loud just too hear each other, tables were way too close too each other, seemed way too crowded for the price we paid for our meals, not a good place for romantic date.
From the moment we arrived we were treated like secondhand guests. Preference was given to hotel and casino guests . We were treated like outsiders because we booked on OpenTable. And the young hostess was rude, condescending and just couldn’t give a darn. We have dined here before and always booked directly at the time of our hotel reservation. Ended up walking out. Probably never come back again!
none of the five of us liked the macaroni & Cheese, our 11 year old ordered it and she would not eat it so we all tasted it and none of us liked the cheese flavor.
The poor server, he tried so very hard and did outstanding job for us. My Steak arrived with a sauce I requested not be put on Steak and the Server quickly returned it to kitchen. But as you know all the cook did was scrape it off. My potatoes were cold as were the Mushrooms, again the server quickly returned it to Cook to reheat. The other guest also had a Steak that was cold as well as his potatoes. The server quickly returned to Cook to remedy but Steak was to be Rare and once reheated quickly went to Medium.
