We had a new HVAC unit installed the end of May 2022. Everything seemed ok. When the installers finished, they told us that a carpenter would be out to reinstall the door and door frame they removed. When I tried to service the air filter, I realized that the condensation drain blocked the removal of the air filter. I have called multiple times with no results. Today is 07 Aug 2022.

Most Unprofessional Business you'll ever deal with... Guranteed Nightmare
Royal Air is not a customer service base company. Technician here last than one hour Royal Air charged me over $1,100.00. Don't honor their service program, It's a rack it. There into me for over 23K with a new 4 ton & 3 ton units, and for the last 3 years it's at least another $1,000 to maintain the system each year their after. The Better Business folks will be hearing from me. Also took two days to talk to anyone on the phone. Technician was good however all parts were marked up over 1000%. My AC is only a year and 5 months old and I had a tech come out to work on my AC and i was informed that it would cost me 1000 dollars to fix my ac and that it was not covered under the 10 year parts and labor warranty. The reason was i did not have the free maintenance done twice a year. Then i was told that it is my responsibility to call and set up the maintenance and there is nothing in my contract that says i have to call to set it up. Do not use this company! The do not answer the phone or return phone calls. Spent $17500 on a full new install and still can't get in touch with them to finish.
The A/C was installed about a month ago and has never worked properly. They came back out multiple times and still not working properly. Now they won’t even answer our calls and won’t return messages. When I do get through to someone (even went in person) they say, someone will schedule a time and call us, they never did. We are paying over $15,000 for a brand new system and it doesn’t even work!
Con artist buisness. Installation shady and incomplete. They don’t answer or return phone calls. 10k for system and not working properly. Do not do buisness with them
Consumer to Consumer. Do NOT do business with Royal Air. Read other reviews, they are all true. I purchase my Trane HVAC in 2017 believing in their price and value of the service plan. The service plan is garbage. The technicians will always to sell you something costing from $300 to $10K. Yes, that's right 18-months into ownership a technician recommended the best course of action was for me to trade in my perfectly functioning unit for $3K credit towards a larger unit, that he would clear it with the boss.
