Nobody should do business with them. Since my unit was installed 3 years ago I've had nothing but problems.

Let’s start with Royal Air Houston installation - We had a 20 year old unit and had to replace the inside and outside units. This was going to be expensive - we shopped around and finally found a company who had good reviews and we qualified for financing. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. The issues with this company are beyond explaining on a review. Do not do business with this company. Check the BBB reviews prior to using them. The General Manager, John, is arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. Never once apologized for his companies failures, nor did he try to correct any of the issues related to the oversized and improperly installed unit, not to mention health concerns and stress endured. They even used my phone (by asking to submit a form on it as they were having trouble with service) to post a 5 star review from MY google account! After 2 weeks our “best money can buy” AC that Royal installed quit working. I tried to get a repairman from royal out and it is now going to be days before they come out. This is unacceptable.
You guys installed our unit in 2021. We are now having issues because of inappropriately sized duct work for the unit you installed. Unit is freezing up intermittently. Unit is a 4 ton but the duct work is under sized. The ducts that are the are not sized for a 4 ton. There is hard pipe in the house the ducts were not size up to compensate for the friction loss of flex. The return is getting the proper amount of cfm but the supply is not.
