Untrustworthy company. My AC unit broke within 2 months of installation. It took them 1 day to sell and install the unit, but 4 weeks to repair their work. Fast forward almost 2 years, the unit completely broke down. After have 2 separate third party HVAC companies come out to inspect our unit. Turns out the units installed were mismatched, installed incorrectly, and set up to fail from the start. Now I can't get Royal Air to return my calls.

Nobody should do business with them. Since my unit was installed 3 years ago I've had nothing but problems.

If I could give Royal Air Houston less 1 star I would. Royal Air Houston installed our unit at the end of July 2023. Let’s start with Royal Air Houston installation - We had a 20 year old unit and had to replace the inside and outside units. This was going to be expensive - we shopped around and finally found a company who had good reviews and we qualified for financing. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. The issues with this company are beyond explaining on a review. Do not do business with this company. Check the BBB reviews prior to using them. The General Manager, John, is arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. Never once apologized for his companies failures, nor did he try to correct any of the issues related to the oversized and improperly installed unit, not to mention health concerns and stress endured. I would give a negative star review if I could. I am also curious how I recently read 100s of 1 star reviews, yet the graphic shows 0 1 star reviews. They are master manipulators and liars. They even used my phone (by asking to submit a form on it as they were having trouble with service) to post a 5 star review from MY google account! PLEASE LOOK AT THE BBB REVIEW PAGE ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU DECIDECYO ISE THEM. I wished I would have. If I could give this company a zero I would! Stay away at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Their website and social media ads are well done and you think you are dealing with a professional company. It’s simply NOT the case. Sam took a look at my existing AC system. He knew that everything was an excellent condition and everything was working properly Only reason I wanted to upgrade my AC units. After 2 weeks our “best money can buy” AC that Royal installed quit working. I tried to get a repairman from royal out and it is now going to be days before they come out. This is unacceptable.
