You guys installed our unit in 2021. We are now having issues because of inappropriately sized duct work for the unit you installed. Unit is freezing up intermittently. Unit is a 4 ton but the duct work is under sized. The ducts that are the are not sized for a 4 ton. There is hard pipe in the house the ducts were not size up to compensate for the friction loss of flex. The return is getting the proper amount of cfm but the supply is not. Buyer Beware!! My husband and I purchased (3) AC & Heating units from Royal Air Houston on 1/13/2022 for $23,750. Since then (2) of the (3) units have had issues. They will take your money and run from their responsibilities!!

I just had a 3 1/2 ton heat pump system installed on Tuesday, and when I looked at the air handler, it is very shoddily done. There are gaps all over. There's this black tarry stuff on one of the sides, which looks like they repaired some thing. And there are gaps all over it and last night my leaked not the PVC but the system itself leaked and flooded my casing the closet and my entire garage along the wall waiting to get resolution or they can come pick it up I'll go with somebody who was half the price but has customer se... read more

Don’t do it!! Buyer beware. I have a newborn baby and a small child in 95 degree heat in texas. This is the absolute worst company you could pick to install a unit. Expect short cuts, poor instillation, and zero integrity. Our unit is 1 month old and is not working due to a step that was skipped during instillation. Now that we need help we can not get ahold of the sales person or anyone who can help. Managers refuse to call me back and the general manager has dodged my requests to speak. After a month of trying to get someone to my house because my Brand new unit isn't working correctly, a repairman arrives today. I leave early from work, losing hours and pay Only to find out and CONFIRM that the WRONG unit was installed inside my house. On my paperwork it states that i am paying for a Carrier 2 stage unit. Please review for this company. Go to better business bureau regarding this company and, the are not great. Very recent complaints from other who have used. Due to these reviews decided not to use the company.
