If I could give no stars, I would. This company is a joke. We spent over $20k on new units. After those were installed, no one returns phone calls. They look for every reason to say your warranty is now void, even when you have followed all rules, like having someone out to do regular maintenance. Excuses given are that, it was never filed; Staff were on vacation and didn't input information; Can't find the information; didn't receive your 5,000 phone calls, fb messages, and 6 emails until 5:03 pm! Personally I don’t write reviews for reasons. 1. is it’s effects businesses greatly if it’s negative and sometimes business needed second chance. 2. Don’t have time ….anyway, I needed the HVAC/AC unit install for my business and this company rep came by introduced himself and he was very nice so I thought to give them a try. Like everyone else , I read the good and bad reviews but still decided to give them a try since they are local. Read reviews from Google and Yelp before choosing this company. AC has been out a week and I can’t get the office to answer or call me back. Might have to give up on the warranty they promised and get a better/more reliable company to fix it.

USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NEVER COMPLETE THE JOB. We had them install an air conditioner system and the tech told me to purchase a different thermostat because the one they had (he left it with me) wouldn't work with the furnace. They would come back and install it so that both units would work. I have called and called. Even had an appointment setup for 11/28/2022 12pm to 2 pm. No show. Kept calling and couldn't get the person in charge to call me back.

Update 11/25/2022 IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD Units still are not right. We have propane and just found out about a week or so ago when our house was dropping into the 50’s that the set up is for natural gas. Edith still refuses to send anyone out and only responds with lies that some one is on their way. I’ve had to purchase $300 in space heaters just to keep out rooms in a sleepable temperature. Spent 38k a week ago and one system never has worked. The install was done wrong, team brought their kid to help. They dropped the outside unit, has error code since the team left, inside won't shut off, outside won't turn on. Have called several time per day and cannot get anyone to call us back or even return an email. Left voicemails and nothing. Always told we'll give the install team the message.... Still have no heat or air. Contacting BBB and attorney.

First...it took 5 different teams to get the work done. My duct work wasn't done right....I finally had had enough and paid someone else to do it right. But my ac was installed but wouldn't cool the first day. The install team said they don't get it running, they just install it and a team would be there the next day to get it running. No one came the next day. The following day a team came and got the system up and took pics of the ductwork. System was freezing because not enough freon. Finally got ducts done. My AC is only a year and 5 months old and I had a tech come out to work on my AC and i was informed that it would cost me 1000 dollars to fix my ac and that it was not covered under the 10 year parts and labor warranty. The reason was i did not have the free maintenance done twice a year. Then i was told that it is my responsibility to call and set up the maintenance and there is nothing in my contract that says i have to call to set it up. Please share all of these reviews in your neighborhood FB groups. I am a member of several neighborhood FB groups in Fort Bend and have started posting on those groups. Lots of people use those groups for recommendations, so the more it spreads across Houston neighborhoods, the better chance we have to hold Royal Air accountable. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. While I was on the BBB website, I found a list of the same complaints.
