VERY DISAGREE! I LIVE IN NJ AND PURCHASED A $1200 WATER FILTER. SOMETHING EXAGGERATED TO BE A WATER FILTER BUT I STILL BUY IT, ITS INSTALLATION LASTED MORE THAN 4 MONTHS. WHICH I PAID FIRST BUT I DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL THEY DID ME THE INSTALLATION AS THEY HAD PROMISED. I CALL MANY TIMES UNTIL I TRY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BUT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I purchased a blender around 6months ago , very disappointed not what I was promised it will do . The blender sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't and it's super stressful to get it touch with a representative. So I stopped making payments the stupid loan is hurting my credit and now they even call my job and started to disclose PERSONAL information to my coworkers , which I think is against my rights . I would even wanna sue them for that . It's a scam !!

I placed an order and decided to cancel and return the items. Trying to get through to customer service is ridiculous. Everytime I call it's a minimum of 30 minutes on hold. The waiting system makes no sense I can be there next one in line and they say it will be 30 second. Next thing you know they repeat the same thing 15 times and 15 min passes. I just want the status on getting my deposit back. It's outrageous.

Hi First I would like to make a complaint about how they in the street harassing the citizen to purchase the products. Then when we sat down. He didn't know any English n we had to do the translation app. Then he was trying to tell me if u don't like the products to return it. Then the products came in. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I’m have been a customer of Royal prestige for more than 25 years. However all the company has done is taking my money and not helping me when I needed. My house is full of their products. Never missed a payment. I bought a Juicer extrator 1,500.00 the 2nd. time trying to use didn’t turned on. I was told to send it guaranteed which I did after 6 months they send me the same product still not working but they want me to va keep paying anyhow. We rate this business 0. This company prays on elderly community they have charged my mother over 2,000 for pot set, promised it could be cancelled in 3 days. Then proceeded to make it impossible to return any items. She has paid $816.00 so far and has a remaining balance $1,751.00. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. One of their employees placed an order under my name. I was called by the company to confirm the order which I had never placed. I launched a complaint with the accounts department, gave them the salesperson's name and nothing was EVER done. I emailed their customer service department SEVERAL times and not resolution. That person still is employed at this company. So much for taking a person's identity and credit SERIOUSLY!

We rate this business 0. This is a ludicrous business going to elders home and forcing to buy! The elders say no or unable to afford and they still insist on!, claiming they have good credit program and that it will mess up credit if returned! Someone, please help! BEWARE of this thief of a company. My mother ordered a glass blender but instead of contacting my mother to state they were out they sent her a plastic blender. My mother opened the box and realized it was plastic, she paid 70 dollars to have it returned.
