A scam. They dont come when they say. They ruin your products when they do maintenance i waited over a month for installation. Eventually returned everything . Not worth the money, I am STILL paying on my set that we got as a "wedding" set at a bride and groom seminar. The only reason why I got them was the "easy" cleaning. WRONG. I had better luck with the copper pan set. It's not a bad set, but definitely not worth the money. And don't want to mess up our credit by stopping payments. Una empresa millonaria que en el sistema de pago en línea hay un cargo de $10.00, no pude ingresar a mi cuenta en línea, hablé con encargado del servicio al cliente e igual tenía que pagar ese cargo. No hubo flexibilidad para poder remover ese cargo. Lo envié por correo pagando más de mi pago regular, asumo que este pago llego tarde por lo cual los intereses son más altos. Compré el filtro para el agua, vino incompleto y tuve que llamar a mi vendedor para que me lo proporcionara lo faltante.

Hemos comprado varios productos y en esta última ocasión donde compramos el set de 6 piezas de las ultima ollas antiadherentes no fue muy buena. Ya q las ollas son muy pequeñas para su precio. Quisimos cambiarla para el se de 8 piezas y nos hicieron la vida imposible después de casi 2 semanas tratando de hacer el cambio muchas llamadas no tuvimos más remedio que cancelar la orden. We are getting charged twice the price on the order for a workers mistake we been caliing for 2 months trying to solve the problem and no solution we've had managers come over to solve it and they lied about solving issues spoke to supervisor who lied about solving issues tried to come to an agreement and got lied about the agreement at this point we need guidance to take legal action since theres not a singal loyal person there to help us

DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE!!!!! I was late on my payment due to an Economic situation I was going thru and apparently this bank won’t work with you in understanding the situation all they care is for your money obviously they don’t understand people go thru difficult times, but no problem I paid them off completely and I advise to stay away from banks like this I will never ever do business with this bank again and will advise my family and friends as well!
