I was promised a free gift with my purchase and never was given. Additionally, I set-up my automatic payments and they have not withdrew the money.

Its overpriced and the vendors arent honest they just want to sell based on lies . I trusted on the first vendors lied to me . Then I went again and tried buying from other vendors and failed me again .They lied to me on The guarantees be very careful they also cheated my mom. My mom returned the products and they are still charging her since shes illiterate they are taking advantage of her.The company along with their vendors are so wrong on doing this to people Its a scam.

The products are too expensive and I never used them so I ask them that I dont want them and I cant afford to pay so I told them to give me some times and I will schedule payments but on march 17/2023 they charge me and put my bank account on negative balance and they schedule frequent payments without my authorization

No recomiendo para nada, quería comprar con Royal prestige porque mi mamá a comprado de aquí mucho, pero el servicio conmigo no fue bueno para nada, me quede sin sink por casi una semana. Y después al tratar de cancelar me dicen que no puedo porque el muchacho ya se había llevado las cajas y había abierto el producto, halgo que no toque pero porque el se llevó las cajas sabiendo, me dijeron que no podía cancelar la compra. No recomiendo a nadie. Ni el producto ni el vendedor.

Mi experiencia con Royal prestige ha sido fatal. Mucha falta de comunicacin con el distribuidor. Tengo ya dos semanas tratando de contactarlo y no he podido. Solo vino a mi casa y vendi luego se desapareci.

Extremely expensive products that are not really worth what they cost. Sellers are not completely honest with you and you end up with a debt that is not worth it

The worse service i have ever had the product does not last and return policy is not good
