I had a wonderful experience working with Ryan and Julie on selling my property in Delaware County PA. After they performed an intensive round of negotiations, Ryan secured a cash sale that was $75,000 over the Asking price, with all inspections waived. and the Buyers being responsible for the Township Use and Occupancy Certificate; all terms were very favorable to me. They performed 125 showings in 4 days! Can't thank them enough for the work and effort they put in to help me sell my property!

We contacted Ryan to sell our Mother’s home to settle the estate. We were very impressed with Ryan at our first meeting. He came prepared, shared info on homes in the area, similar to our Mothers, that had sold recently. He is very knowledgeable on estate settlements.
