Ryan listed and sold my home in Devon in the summer of 2020, after I had already moved and was unable to travel back due to the Coronavirus. He took care of everything and made the process so easy and stress free! He coordinated prepping the home, the showings and all the paperwork. From our first meeting through to the sale of the house, Ryan was truly committed to working for us. He was very knowledgeable of the marketplace and offered good advice on pricing strategies. He was always available and was able to answer all of our questions. The paperwork for the initial listing as well as the closing was well organized and easy to complete.
