Excellent and thorough service! Zachary Bruner thank you for taking your time and being patient through our million questions and repeating things over for us., especially my husband who doesn't speak english. You are the best! It's nice to have someone experienced and knowledgeable working to make our lives easier and safer. All businesses should have such excellent tecnicians and service!

The quality of service has been extremely disappointing. The products installed began to deteriorate and fail within just two months of use. I’m genuinely astonished that a company operating with such poor standards continues to survive in today’s competitive market. Subscribing to ADT through this provider was, without question, the worst decision I’ve made.

Absolutely loved the salesman!! Unfortunately, the company didn't train him well or he just lied to us. After dealing with their customer service for 11 months, it's safe to say, he wasn't trained! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Their equipment is the worst. When communicating through the cameras, there's a horrible lag and static. The videos are poor quality and lag after a trigger so most of the time, you can't even see what happened. Don't work with this company. They represent themselves as ADT however misrepresenting their role in the transaction. They will trap you into a 3 year contract with a 75% total contract price cancellation fee. Their representatives are pushy and arrogant. Stay clear of this company.

I do not uderstand good reviews. My experience with this company nothing but bad. I canceled my account but my card was charged without my authorizaiton one month after cancelation. Customer service rejected refund and refused to connect with the consumer relationship team telling me that no such exist.

I do not understand good reviews. My experience with this company is nothing but very bad. Customer service is unfriendly and unprofessional. When I asked to transfer my account to another company, they refused. I canceled my account and they charged my credit card without my authorization two month after the cancelation. I asked to the supervisor and they refused to connect. When I asked for the management team to report my issue, I was told by customer service rep that this is not possible. If i could give 0 stars i would! 1: Slimey sales tactics: I bought a home that uses SafeHaven as their "smart home" with option to add security. The phone sales person spoke all these honeyed words about vouchers, cancel at any time, free install... So i agreed to have them install some entry sensors and cameras. After agreeing i did some research on the terms of agreement i realized that you are locked into a 3 year contract and you only had 24 hours to get a full refund if you changed your mind.
