Absolutely loved the salesman!! Unfortunately, the company didn't train him well or he just lied to us. After dealing with their customer service for 11 months, it's safe to say, he wasn't trained! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Their equipment is the worst. When communicating through the cameras, there's a horrible lag and static. The videos are poor quality and lag after a trigger so most of the time, you can't even see what happened. Don't work with this company. They represent themselves as ADT however misrepresenting their role in the transaction. They will trap you into a 3 year contract with a 75% total contract price cancellation fee. Their representatives are pushy and arrogant. Stay clear of this company.
I do not uderstand good reviews. My experience with this company nothing but bad. I canceled my account but my card was charged without my authorizaiton one month after cancelation. Customer service rejected refund and refused to connect with the consumer relationship team telling me that no such exist.

When I asked to transfer my account to another company, they refused. I canceled my account and they charged my credit card without my authorization two month after the cancelation. If i could give 0 stars i would! 1: Slimey sales tactics: I bought a home that uses SafeHaven as their "smart home" with option to add security. The phone sales person spoke all these honeyed words about vouchers, cancel at any time, free install... So i agreed to have them install some entry sensors and cameras. Good luck getting any technical support or getting through to Safe Haven Concierge service what bs. The print asks you to choose 1,2,3,or 4 but it has never worked. You finally get to a place to leave your contact information and they call you back days later. So that said you may wait days bf someone gets back to you and your camera would be down till then. Enjoy……. Go with ring far easier to work with.
Feedback for the concierge team: 1) State the call is being recorded at the beginning of the call, not mid way through or at the end. This company is not very honest. When I signed up, the manager, who was with the sales person at my house, told me that the minimum contract was a year. A year later, I call to cancel my contract and they tell me the minimum is 3 years. I would not have signed up if he had told me it was a minimum 3 year contract. I accept responsibility because I did not read the fine print and just went by his word.
