I've always been treated well at Sam Ash Indianapolis. Went there yesterday to have my guitar set-up as part of the 2-year set-up package. Grandon has taken care of my ESP LTD EC-1000 for over a year now and he has done tremendous work. I saw a brand new PRS SE Standard for $519. I knew it was brand new, even the pickups still have plastic covers. Dennis took care of me, even holding the guitar for me as I have lunch since I don't want it to stay in the car in the freezing weather. These guys are amazing.
They have an excellent selection of instruments. Additionally, the staff members are friendly and helpful.
Grandon does an excellent job as a luthier. I've had him install electronics in an old Guild acoustic, adjust necks on it and a new Taylor 300 and I've never had my action so low! Seriously, why other luthiers could not bring the down like this is a mystery. Grandon is THE MAN! thank you.
