Paul in the sound equipment department at the Tyvola location in Charlotte is the man! He was working by himself and handled numerous people promptly and in a polite and very professional manner. Not only was I impressed with his level of service, but his knowledge on their products, and everyone's individual needs, are limitless. Go see him for all your sound needs!

I don’t normally write reviews but I had the best customer service from Kylene at the Sam Nash Music Store on Westpark Drive in Charlotte that I was compelled to shout out a big complement to her! She paired me up with a Yamaha keyboard with accessories, extended service agreement and took the time to find me the best prices. She was thorough, knowledgeable, kind and never pushy. It’s hard to find excellent customer service these days. Thank you, Kylene, for making my experience so pleasant!
