I sometimes wonder why manufacturers of musical gear don't stress the resale value of their products. After several years of faithful service, I sold back to Sam Ash a Samson Expedition PA system I had bought there new. I was surprised and pleased to receive fully 50% of the original price without haggling or crying. Good people. Good products. Good times.

Great service - went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with the gear we needed.
Great customer service! Bought bass guitar strings on Saturday, unfortunately, while stringing one of the strings popped. Went back to the store on Sunday and they were more than helpful! Immediately pulled another pack of strings off the wall and not only did they put the new string on for us, they also tuned the guitar! Morse Road staff are GREAT!
Found an excellent out of box turntable for a great deal on Saturday. Sam Ash in Columbus on Morse was not the only place we looked for a new set up, but it was the only music/electronic store where every employee in the building made us feel welcome. Every person working in the store greeted us and asked if we had any questions; they where friendly and knowledgeable and really down to earth. We will definitely be back in the future.
I came in with my Acoustasonic Telecaster having had issues with the electric pickup for two years. Immediately, they were ready to dive in and figure out what was wrong. After an initial trip to a Luthier and a fix that didn't quite solve my issues, these guys didn't quit. They chased it down and found/fixed it finally! I now have my guitar back and it works wonderfully. I can't recommend this store and these guys enough. Thank you!
Been dealing with Sam Ash for quite a while. They always have a good inventory. But it’s the people there that always bring me back. Always so kind and helpful, but yet never any pressure. I’m old school, and old lol, but I believe in a retail store the staff should cater to the customer. I’ve never had a bad experience at Sam Ash. Great people
Very helpful. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, an associate didn’t simply point, but rather walked me to the area. That’s a big deal. Treated very well.
